BBC Proms and London Orchestras & Choirs Learning team
From inital idea to delivery, I worked with the team for five months, project managing BBC Sing East! - a day of events which brought together the BBC Singers and Symphony Chorus with six community choirs from across East London. Watch highlights here.

Working alongside Lawrence Becko and Jenn Raven (authors of Youth Voice and Participation Handbook) I have supported consultancy projects for Arts Council England and Norfolk & Norwich Festival, bringing expertise in Youth Voice to support the creation of new resources and strategic development programmes.
Partnership Development
Spitalfields Music
Spitalfields' Music's renowned Trainee Music Leader scheme was set to return after a hiaitus. To ensure the success of the programme, I supported its reshaping within new budgetary confines and identified, recruited and onboarded national partner organisations.
Strategic Consultancy
Britten Sinfonia
Offered strategic guidance to the newly appointed Director of Learning and Participation at a critical time for the organisation in the wake of loss of funding. This has included mentoring for the Director and other team members, facilitating team away days (internal and external) and evaluating new programmes.
